There is skin over everything...trees, onions, teddy bears, snakes... the thing about the skin over ones heart is that it must break... as many times as it needs to grow, it must break to make room.
I think what many of us believe to be a broken heart is, in fact, a hard heart, that needs to be cracked in order for new love skin to grow... please don't be afraid of a broken heart- be afraid of a heart that never breaks-for those are the hearts that will not live forever... even snakes shed their skin. There are so many ways to describe a broken heart and just as many to describe love.. I'm beginning more and more to feel that they are the same thing.

Now we have good news for those of you who are impatient for some new kok. Not only are we giving you a special sneak preview of the forthcoming Bangkok Five week where frontman Frost gives us the skinny on the title track of the album, but the band is also offering a free download of the song!
Here's Frost with the story behind "We Love What Kills Us": A lot of people think we are endorsing a destructive lifestyle in this song but we are not. It's a commentary on the life-destroying addictions we all seem to need for happiness and/or survival. Watching the Princess of Pop annihilate herself seems more important than the hundreds of thousands of lives we are ruining for an ineffective, disappearing commodity. Cocaine is one of the most successful products in the history of man. It's a 100 billion dollar a year industry. It eliminates pain and causes immediate pleasure, but ask Rick James about it. Oh wait, you can't. It killed him.

The statement reads: A musician named Lennon Murphy is claiming that Yoko Ono has sued her and that Yoko is seeking to stop Lennon Murphy from performing under her name, Lennon Murphy. Both of these claims are untrue.
Several years ago, Lennon Murphy sought Yoko's permission to do her performances under her name, Lennon Murphy. Yoko, of course, did not object to her request. Subsequently, without Yoko's knowledge, Lennon Murphy filed an application in the United States trademark Office requesting the exclusive right to utilize the name "Lennon" for musical performances. Yoko's attorneys asked Lennon Murphy's attorneys and manager to withdraw her registration of exclusivity to the name LENNON for the trademark. Yoko also offered to cover all costs Lennon Murphy had incurred in filing for the trademark. But Lennon Murphy went ahead to register.
Yoko did not sue Lennon Murphy, but sought to stop her from getting the exclusive right to the name Lennon for performance purposes.

Metal Underground have this: During the interview Mustaine was asked for his opinion on "heavy metal" becoming "mainstream" again after being "gone" for 10 years in the Nineties. "Certainly, I appreciate it, because being in a metal band that's becoming mainstream again is gonna have certain benefits for us," he replied.
"But I don't even know if we fit in the metal category anymore, because I heard we were moved from the 'metal' category to the 'classic rock' category in the Grammys. I was like, 'What?' I mean, you look at who they nominated for the Grammys this year one band on there has only sold 10,000 records [referring to KING DIAMOND Ed.], and I don't understand how we didn't get nominated. It's disappointing and it makes you When you look at the facts, you just get so much disdain for that, because you know that it's a political thing and that somebody somewhere has bitterness towards me or towards my band. There's just no way that a band that's as successful as we are, with a brand new record that entered in the Top 10 in the Billboard charts, wouldn't get nominated for a Grammy when another band's in there that, like I said, has only sold 10,000 records. But you know what?! It's OK, because I've been nominated for seven Grammys and never won, so, frankly, to me, it's an elusive thing it doesn't really mean anything to me."
