AP reports: Madonna won a court battle Monday against a British tabloid that published pictures recently of her wedding eight years ago.

The one-time Material Girl won a judgment against a British tabloid that she accused of breaching her privacy and copyright by publishing pictures of her 2000 wedding to film director Guy Ritchie.

The court victory came just a few weeks after she was granted a preliminary divorce from Ritchie. - more on this story

Dillinger Escape Plan Rocker's Clothing Line Going To The Dogs

PR reports: The brainchild of Benjamin Weinman, the creative force behind the critically acclaimed music group The Dillinger Escape Plan, Garmutt pet clothing is as credible as it gets.

An influential rocker, Weinman has taken some of the imagery associated with the genre his band inhabits and made some amazing clothing for the line.

Max Morgan Sold Out To The Hollywood Scene

PR reports: Max Morgan's biting "Sold Out To The Scene," from his debut album 'Interrupting the Silence' (Chime Entertainment, 3/31/09), has been streamed over 800,000 times on MySpace. And for good reason: the guitar-driven rocker exposes the unsexy reality of life in Hollywood.

The Liverpool-born Max calls out L.A.'s excess with lyrics like "There's no wonder that you're a slave to the style / You sold out to the scene...You caught bright lights disease / There's no one to blame." If it sounds like he's talking about a specific starlet, he's not telling.

Morgan, who's 21, isn't immune to bright lights, but he hasn't been seduced by them since his move to LA. He admits, "Hollywood life can be very... distracting. Shiny things, places, people. BLK JKS Are Secretly Canadian

PR reports: Secretly Canadian is pleased to announce the signing of South Africa's BLK JKS. Sun Kil Moon's Mark Kozelek Benefits West Memphis Three

PR reports: Mark Kozelek will be auctioning autographed items to raise money for the defense fund of three wrongfully-imprisoned Arkansas men. Damien Echols (who is on death row), Jason Baldwin, and Jessie Misskelley, Jr.�also known as the West Memphis Three (www.wm3.org) �were convicted for murdering three elementary school children in 1994.

Mark Kozelek, of Sun Kil Moon and his earlier band, Red House Painters, has gained praise for his extraordinary songwriting. Following Kozelek's April 2008 release comes his December 9th release of The Finally LP. Kozelek has been a long-time supporter of the West Memphis Three.

"I usually don't get involved in a benefit unless the cause is really important to me. I've been following the case as much as I can since the HBO debut of Paradise Lost," said Kozelek. "These guys are innocent, and unfortunately, represent just a few of many arrested, convicted, jailed, and sometimes executed for crimes they didn't commit." - more on this story

Maynard James Keenan Goes Vegas

PR reports: Maynard James Keenan, known as the eccentric and unpredictable singer of two of modern rock's most successful bands, Tool and A Perfect Circle, will unveil the live incarnation of Puscifer on Friday, Feb. 13 and Saturday, Feb. 14 at The Pearl inside the Palms Casino Resort at 8:00 p.m.

In 2007, Keenan created Puscifer, a multifaceted, multimedia, multi-artist, and multi-personality project self-described as "a physical manifestation of the party that goes on in my head 24/7." The collective's debut, V is for V*****, was followed by a remix album (V is for V*****) as well as several singles and videos featuring the curvaceous Queen B. A rotating cast of players involved in the recordings include Mat Mitchell, Tim Alexander, Jonny Polonsky, Danny Lohner, Gil and Rani Sharone, Lustmord, Laura Milligan, Milla Jovovich, Lisa Germano, and Alan Moulder.
