New Ozzy Sabbath CD Unlikely |
During the interview Geezer addressed the very unlikely idea that Black Sabbath would record a new album with Ozzy Osbourne. In fact, he made a joke of notion.
"I don't think we've got that many years left to do an Ozzy album," Butler said. "Maybe we'll do it in Hell. We could do quite well down in Hell." They actually seem rather intent with the Dio fronted line-up they have now. You can more of the interview at Blabbermouth.

Flying Pink Floyd Pig Escapes! |
The pig was sporting a pro-Obama message so perhaps some Hilary supporters cut the leash? Though we're not sure if having such a message on a pig was really meant as support or was an attempt to send some kind of ironic message. Still no comment from Peta at press time, but here are the details from the people that put on the event:
Coachella organizers are offering $10,000 and four (4) festival tickets for life in exchange for the safe return of the two-story inflatable pig that broke loose during Roger Waters' set on the final night (Sunday, April 27) of the 2008 Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival. The pig escaped and floated into the desert sky just prior to the intermission between Roger Waters' back-to-back sets--marking the only back-to-back Coachella sets by one artist in the critically acclaimed festival's history.
Anyone with information on the lost pig, should email [email protected].

The Number Twelve Looks Like You Live Release |
Shot on location at a sold-out School of Rock show on December 15th, 2007 in South Hackensack, New Jersey, Here At The End of All Things captures the chaotic and adrenaline infused live show that has made The Number Twelve Looks Like You so important to their fans, and to heavy music in general. The final show of a 75 day tour, the band tore through their eclectic set as though it were the last day on earth and the worst fate the universe could imagine was lingering outside the sold out venue doors. Fans have been debating the genesis of the strange extraterrestrial themes and quixotic radio broadcasts featured at the show and how they would be incorporated into the final dvd. When asked for some insight, Jase Korman lead singer for the band simply said, "We've been touring endlessly for years, but we still haven't played for everyone, so this DVD is a great way to reach every man, woman, and child in the United States of America. If you are a fan of 1996's Independance Day starring Bill Pullman and Jeff Goldblum, you will fall in love with Here At the End of All Things."
Available for the first time on June 17th, "Here At The End of All Things" is another in a series of releases from a band whose relentless touring and hardcore work ethic prove time and again that they are in it for the long haul.
