Timbaland Brawl
TMZ reports: Music producer Timbaland was busted by German cops on Sunday who said he and members of his posse sent a bar patron to the hospital. 

TMZ obtained photos taken in Colonge, Germany, where Timbaland and his friends allegedly attacked a man outside Hotel Intercontinental late Sunday night after a Justin Timberlake concert. The argument allegedly started when a man named Robert F became visibly upset over his girlfriend talking to Timbaland. According to German reports, Timbaland then attacked the patron, "Robert F," after Robert called him the N word. The fight then moved moved from the lobby bar to the street in front of the hotel.

Roadie To The Rescue
Contact Music reports: A roadie for U.S. band GODSMACK has been hailed a hero after saving a woman from drowning in the Milwaukee River. 

Head carpenter John Jagielski was standing outside The Riverside Theater in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Tuesday (12Jun07) when he heard people shouting. 

Brave Jagielski has experience as a lifeguard so jumped into the river, and swam to the woman, who he remained with until they were picked up by a boat. [see full story for more breaking news] - Click Here for the Full Story

PC Police Vs Slash
Sleazeroxx.com reports: An investigation has been launched into claims former Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash broke the law by smoking on stage during a concert in Cardiff. 

Slash and singer Scott Weiland, members of rock band Velvet Revolver, are said to have smoked cigarettes at Cardiff International Arena. 

Smoking in enclosed public spaces has been banned in Wales since 2 April. 

Cardiff Council said it was "disappointed" to hear the claims and would be investigating.

Velvet Revolver - made up of three ex-Guns N' Roses members and former Stone Temple Pilots singer Weiland - were performing at the city centre venue as part of a tour of Europe and the Americas.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

My Chemical Romance Slam Manson
Gigwise reports: My Chemical Romance have laughed off Marilyn Manson's recent accusations they have copied his sound. 

Singer Gerard Way has accused Manson of self-promotion after he revealed 'Mutilation Is The Most Sincere Form Of Flattery' off his new album �Eat Me, Drink Me' is an attack on MCR for peddling a "sad, pitiful, shallow version" of his own work.

Fan Dies at Music Fest
Gigwise reports: A man has died at the Rockness festival in Scotland this weekend. 

Police report the 39-year-old � who will not be named until his family is informed - was discovered unconscious in a car park in the early hours of this morning, but passed away after being moved to Inverness' Raigmore Hospital. 

A police statement says, "A full police investigation is being carried out. There do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances at this stage."

Exodus Begin Landmark Album
SMN reports: Bay Area Thrashers EXODUS startrf recording the new album at Sharkbite Studios in Oakland this weekend. It is going to be produced with Andy Sneap and the release date has been set for late 2007.

George Michael Sentenced
Jam! reports: A British judge sentenced George Michael on Friday to 100 hours of community service and banned him from driving for two years for driving under the influence of drugs.

Gigwise reports: A ballet based on the music of Radiohead is set to premiere at the Edinburgh International Festival this August. 

The piece is titled �Ride The Beast' and has been forged out of choreographer Stephen Petronio's love of Oxford's finest. 

It will open with the unlikely choice of OK Computer's �Fitter Happier' and will feature a further four Radiohead tracks from their lengthy career.

Farm Aid NYC
AP reports: The Farm Aid benefit concert is planting itself in New York City later this year, organizers said Monday. 

The show will be held at Randalls Island on September 9.

Beastie Boys Plot Tour
SMN reports: As expected, the BEASTIE BOYS will play a handful of live dates this summer, alternating between more traditional hip-hop shows and an instrumental set along the lines of the trio's new Capitol album, "The Mix-Up."

TuneLab reports: In a recent interview with Billboard, Tool guitarist Adam Jones stated that the band is "tossing around ideas for a band movie". Jones said,

Soto and Journey Go Separate Ways
PR reports: Journey has parted ways with their recently named lead singer Jeff Scott Soto. Jeff's first appearance with Journey was July 7, 2006 in Bristow, VA. He had been filling in for Steve Augeri, who had to leave the tour shortly after it began on June 23 due to illness. Jeff's last performance was May 12, 2007 in Leesburg, VA. 

According to guitarist Neal Schon, "We appreciate all of Jeff's hard work and we can't thank him enough for stepping in when Steve Augeri got sick last year. He did a tremendous job for us and we wish him the best. We've just decided to go our separate ways, no pun intended. PR reports: GOOD CHARLOTTE have announced they'll join headliner Justin Timberlake for an arena tour in the U.S. this summer beginning Monday, August 6 in Memphis, TN. AP reports: West Coast rapper The Game, who was arrested on charges of impersonating a police officer last year, rejected a Manhattan prosecutor's offer Wednesday of a guilty plea for a sentence of time already served.

Sambora Out of Rehab
Contact Music reports: LATEST: BON JOVI rocker RICHIE SAMBORA has checked out of the Los Angeles rehab clinic he entered last week (ends08Jun07).

Jam! reports: Boy-band mogul Lou Pearlman was forced out of hiding Thursday after being expelled by Indonesian authorities and turned over to the FBI to face criminal charges for bank fraud. 

He was flown to Guam to appear before a judge, officials said.

Cops Storm Concert
Contact Music reports: British band THE EDITORS' gig in Germany last night (13Jun07) was cut short after armed police stormed the venue demanding they stopped playing. The rising guitar stars were performing an encore at the Kulturkirche venue in Cologne, when armed officers stormed the stage "due to them being excessively loud".

Rocklahoma Adds 4th Day
Sleazeroxx.com reports: A fourth day has been added to Rocklahoma to kick off the largest '80's rock festival of its kind ever to be organized. Clarkson Cancels Tour
Jam! reports: Just two days after parting ways with her manager, Kelly Clarkson has cancelled her upcoming summer tour over disappointing ticket sales, yet another sign of turmoil as she prepares to release her third album, "My December."

In a statement on her website, Clarkson said: "In the craziness of the music business, performing is what I look forward to doing the most, so it really is disappointing for me to have to tell you that I won't be coming out to tour this summer. The fact is that touring is just too much too soon.
