Silverchair Tour Latest Dates

PR reports: Australian trio Silverchair has announced their first full North American tour since 1999. The dates will be in support of the band's new album Young Modern which will street on July 24 in the US and Canada on Eleven: a music company through Warner Music Group's Independent Label Group. 

Friday, July 13th - San Diego, CA - House of Blues (on sale June 8th) 
Saturday, July 14th - Los Angeles, CA - The Wiltern (on sale June 9th) 
Sunday, July 15th - Anaheim, CA - House of Blues (on sale June 8th) 
Tuesday, July 17th - San Francisco, CA - The Independent (on sale June 10th) 
Thursday, July 19th - Portland, OR - Aladdin Theatre (on sale June 8th)

Atreyu Song Hunt

PR reports: Atreyu have released the first song off their new album, but you are going to have to work to hear it. The game was launched via the bands Myspace page and challenges fans to piece together the new song "Becoming the Bull." The idea of the game is to put 20 small clips of the song in the right order. Once completed your time is entered in a competition to win a prize pack that includes an autographed guitar and a copy of the album before it hits stores. 

Atreyu will hit the road on the Family Values Tour 2007. The band will be joined by Korn, Evanescence, Flyleaf, Hellyeah, Trivium and more. Tickets are on sale now, so don't miss your chance to see one of this summer's best Hard Rock tours. [see full story for the game website]

More Yellowcard Dates

PR reports: Additional 2007 tour dates have been confirmed for Yellowcard, whose new album Paper Walls will be released on July 17th.

On June 22nd the band will play a free concert to launch the 2007 NHL Entry Draft Weekend in Columbus, Ohio's Battelle Plaza. Yellowcard has also been selected as July's artist of the month at NHL.com.

New Crowded House CD Coming

PR reports: ATO Records has set July 10 as the North American release date for Crowded House's Time On Earth. 

The band will also embark on their first US tour since 1996 which is slated to begin on August 4th and end September 12th. Opener on most dates will be Pete Yorn.

The follow-up to 2005's Searching For A Former Clarity was produced by Butch Vig (Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins). Seymore Saves the World Tour
