As of July 1st the whole of the UK is now covered by the smoking ban which means that anyone caught smoking in places of work will face a fine.
The current Velvet Revolver guitarist has said that it won't affect him, however. "It's what I do - unless I giving up smoking altogether, which I don't see happening." - more on this story
