Apple Sued Over DRM

(tinfoilmusic.net) Apple is the target in a new lawsuit claiming that the company's iTunes, and iPod, are crippled by the company. Specifically pointed out in the lawsuit is the ability of the hardware within the iPod to play certain filetypes that have been disabled by Apple and Apple's refusal to license their AAC digital rights management schemes to other companies, allowing competing products to connect and use the iTunes Music Store.
