In what was an otherwise slow week in the post-Yule music world, Omarion scored his second straight chart-topping bow as a solo artist. For the week ended New Year's Eve, the soulful singer made it to number one with 21 selling 119,000 copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan figures Wednesday.
