In August 2007, with Josh Hogan on vocals
and bass, Johnny Royal and Alexander Drizos on guitars, and Cole Dalton
on drums, Only the Young set to create something aggressive, arousing,
catchy, and contemporary with their new music and agreed to share the excitement
and altitude they had found with everyone. Producer Lee Miles (The Red
Jumpsuit Apparatus, Puddle Of Mudd) of The Loving Loss began working with
the band in the studio and helped shape the singles from the Hollywood
Summer Sessions demos that are being released every few weeks with "The
Weekend" starting the rotation.
