(punkbands) Pop punkers Cartel are getting paid by Dr Pepper to live and record their new album in a transparent bubble at tourist attraction Pier 54 in New York City. Cameras will be set up to record the band's every mind-numbingly boring move. Of course MTV is getting their hands on the project and will produce a series of shows also. If that's not enough, feel free to be put to sleep by the constantly running internet stream.
