Contact Music reports: BRITNEY SPEARS has
got the gossips guessing again after telling a photographer she's pregnant.
The pop star blurted out the bizarre announcement when cornered by photographers
during a night out on Friday (13Apr07), leaving tabloids to wonder if she
was being serious.
Spears allegedly told a videographer, "I
really am pregnant." She added, "I saw these magazines, and they said I
was pregnant, and, like, it's so true�."

Ferry Uproar |
BBC reports: Singer Bryan Ferry has apologised
for an interview in which he praised the iconography of the Nazi party.
The UK star is reported to have told a German newspaper that the "mass
marches and the flags" of Hitler's regime were "just fantastic - really
beautiful".
Jewish leaders in Britain condemned the
comments, and called for Marks and Spencer to drop Ferry as a model.
"I apologise unreservedly," the singer
said in a statement, adding he found the Nazi regime "evil and abhorrent".[see

Earvolution reports: Some form of Squeeze
will be touring America this year. The lineup of the band has fluctuated
a bit over the years, but the dates in America will be led by Chris Difford
and Glenn Tilbrook who've remained the heart of the band over the years.
The band will play Guilfest, also featuring Madness, in the UK in July
before coming to America later in the year for a dozen shows.[see full

Crash Victim Improving |
Blabbermouth reports: Jill Harmacinski of
The Eagle-Tribune reports that the condition of a Chelmsford, Massachusetts
woman injured in an automobile crash involving GODSMACK frontman Sully
Erna improved at a Boston hospital yesterday (April 15).
Lindsay Taylor, 25, was upgraded to serious
condition, said Jerry Berger, a spokesman for Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital.
Taylor was said to be in a coma and on life support after the crash Wednesday

and two crossbows were among the items stolen in a raid on rocker TED NUGENT's
vacant home in Concord, Michigan last week (ends15Apr07). A teenager was
arraigned on Saturday (14Apr07) on charges of breaking and entering Nugent's
former residence. A second juvenile was arrested yesterday (15Apr07).[see

CMJ reports: A lot of rumors have been surrounding
Radiohead lately, but one thing is certain�the band will re-release the
rare EP Com-Lag (2+2=5) May 8. Originally released through EMI Toshiba
in Japan and Australia in 2004, the EP features material from Radiohead's
Hail To The Thief period, including a Four Tet remix of "Skttbrain" as

Anthony are furious over a report that they were involved in a heroin scandal

Yahoo reports: While EMI will boldly go where
no major has gone before and sell its catalog as unprotected digital files,
other forces are coming into play that should bolster the potential for
a commercial MP3 marketplace.
Amazon, which is considered the best bet
to challenge iTunes' supremacy in the digital world, is shooting to launch
its MP3 digital download store in May, a target date it has yet to publicly
acknowledge. (Amazon declines comment.) Meanwhile, sources familiar with
the situation say Universal Music Group plans to test the sale of unprotected

Carnage Offer up Free Violence |
PR reports: Cephalic Carnage has unveiled
the first new track, "Endless Cycle of Violence", from their upcoming new
full-length album Xenosapien via their MySpace and PureVolume pages. "Endless
Cycle of Violence", the album's lead-off track, will also be the first
video from the record.
Xenosapien was recorded by the band and
long-time producer / engineer Dave Otero at their studio in Denver, CO
and is set for a May 29 North American release date (May 28 internationally).
Xenosapien's complete track listing is as follows: "Endless Cycle of Violence",
"Divination & Volition", "Molting", "Touched By An Angel", "Vaporized",
"Heptarchy", "G.lobal O.verhaul D.evice", "Let Them So Long As They Fear",
