BW&BK reports: GUNS N' ROSES have announced on their website that they are postponing the start of their world tour which was due to start in Japan.

The Japanese concerts are being rescheduled. Guns N' Roses will be able to make their two scheduled performances headlining the MyCoke festivals in South Africa at the end of the month.

"I feel so bad right now," explains bassist Tommy Stinson. "I accidentally fell down a flight of stairs. I put my hand down to break my fall and heard a loud pop.' The next morning my hand looked like a balloon. I went to see my doctor and while the good news is that it's not broken, the bad is news is it's severely sprained and I may have done some ligament damage. Flyleaf Postpone Dates
Blabbermouth reports: FLYLEAF has postponed five dates on its current headlining tour in order to allow singer Lacey Mosley to rest her vocal cords. She has issued the following statement on the matter:

"I'm so sorry, everyone. We have been working very hard to get to see all of you and play in all of your towns. We have gotten so many beautiful letters and gotten to talk to so many of you these past three years of touring and as far as I can remember we have only had to postpone one other show. I guess what we have learned is that we are not robots and we can't treat ourselves like it. My voice has been acting up this whole tour. When I went to the doctor she looked at my vocal chords and immediately started to reprimand me for the damage I had done.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Static-X Injury
Blabbermouth reports: STATIC-X frontman Wayne Static has issued the following update:

"Some good and some not so good news to share with everyone. First the good. We had a great first week with [the new STATIC-X CD] 'Cannibal'. The album debuted at #36 on Billboard and our shows have been some of the best I can remember. There's nothing like getting back on the road, seeing our friends and getting a chance to share the new songs with you.

"The not so good news is that after our Abilene show, Nick [Oshiro, drums] broke his hand and we've been forced to cancel tonight's show in Dallas. We promise we'll come back through as soon as we can. Nick is doing OK, although he's more than a little bummed that he's going to have to take a break from the tour. We are flying in a temporary drummer and the plan is to be up to speed by Houston on Friday with Nick rejoining the tour as soon as his cast comes off."[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story
