Canada's top music awards ceremony awarded Furtado a total of five gongs in a year which has seen her career rejuvenated. She scooped Best album, best pop album, fans' choice, artist of the year and the best single of the year awards.
The only surprise of the night was that rapper K-os didn't win anything despite being nominated five times. He duly changed the lyrics of a song during his performance to "this show is propaganda."[see full story for more] - Click here for the Full Story
