PR reports: Today, South Florida's premier
music festival announces its fifth annual event. Known for kicking off
festival season each March by attracting thousands of music lovers from
all over the country to sunny South Florida - this year Langerado will
expand to three full days of music on March 9, 10, and 11, 2007.
The 5th Annual Langerado Music Festival
will offer three full days of music. Gates will open at 11am with music
lasting until 10pm each day. Located at Markham Park in Sunrise, Florida
for the third year in a row, the festival boasts multiple stages, food
and crafts vendors including an extensive selection of micro-brewed beers,
an expanded kid's area, limited on-site camping and more. In addition,
Langerado will host a variety of late night shows at various theatres and

PR reports: SUSPERIA (Dimmu Borgir, Old Mans
Child, Satyricon) entered StrandStudio in Oslo, Norway at the beginning
of August to start work on their fourth studio album, the follow up to
2004's acclaimed release 'Unlimited'. The band are once again working with
Marius Strand, who previously assisted Susperia on 2005's Norwegian Top
20 hit, the 'Devil May Care' EP. Recording is expected to be completed
by the end of September. Susperia then head out on a short tour in October
before returning to Dug Out Studios, Sweden in November to complete the
final mix with Daniel Bergstrand (In Flames, Meshuggah, Soilwork). A release
is planned for early 2007 through the TABU label in Europe and Candlelight
Records in the USA. No name for the album has been announced yet, but song
titles revealed so far are 'More' (which Susperia performed at this years
Inferno Festival in Norway), 'Cut From Stone', 'Distant Memory' and 'The

Records will release the first-ever Jerry Garcia 2-disc career retrospective
titled The Very Best of Jerry Garcia on September 26, 2006. Acoustic or
electric, solo or side project; Jerry Garcia was prolific during his breaks
from the Grateful Dead. Between 1972 and 1982, Garcia recorded five historic
studio albums and jammed with a revolving cast of musicians in the Jerry
Garcia Band. Rhino/J. Garcia Records salute the rich talents of an incomparable
music icon with the first-ever compilation spotlighting Garcia's solo work.
Highlights from his five solo studio records provide the foundation of
the first disc, while the second disc serves as a comprehensive compilation
of seminal solo performances dating from the early '70s all the way into
the '90s. The Very Best of Jerry Garcia will be available September 26

in online film posting and hosting, has announced the exclusive online
premiere for 20 minutes of director Chad Calek's A CLOWN SHORT OF DESTINY,
the controversial account of a bitter rivalry between Iowa bands 35" Mudder
and Slipknot. iklipz premiere exclusive footage from the Slipknot tell-all
on September 27, 2006 for all members, followed by a video Q&A with
the director. Currently, Calek's film has become so popular that the clip
has blasted to the top of MySpace's video charts.
Calek's controversial tell-all documentary

Prosthetic reports: Savannah, GA-based sludge
rockers KYLESA have revealed artwork, tracklisting, and a song from the
band's forthcoming record, �Time Will Fuse Its Worth.' Snippets of the
foldout artwork, which was constructed by KYLESA guitarist/vocalist Laura
Pleasants, can been seen at the full story link. and links are also provided
to both an mp3 and a video for the album's fourth track, "Where The Horizon
Unfolds."
Prior to departing for the band's current
European tour, KYLESA met up with director Tony Costello of SSD Films to
shoot footage for what would become the video for "Where The Horizon Unfolds,"
which mixes psychedelic imagery with the track's haunting, building atmosphere.
Marking the debuts of drummers Jeff Porter and Carl McGinley, �Time Will
Fuse Its Worth' will see an October 31 release date through Prosthetic

pleased to announce Europe - The Final Countdown Tour: Live in Sweden 1986
for North American distribution on DVD November 21, 2006.
To celebrate the 20th anniversary of EUROPE's
"The Final Countdown" album and tour, this 13-track live concert from Solnahallen
in Stockholm 1986 has been remastered in Dolby Digital and restored in
widescreen format. The DVD features interviews with the band from 2006,
and an extensive gallery with never-before-seen photos from "The Final
Countdown" tour. It also features the only existing unreleased outtake
from "The Final Countdown" recording sessions: "Where Men Won't Dare",
an instrumental written by Joey Tempest and John Leven. Additional bonuses
include the band revisiting the Powerplay Studios where they recorded "The

PR reports: It's going to be a huge homecoming
for Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers this Thursday, September 21 when
they return to Gainesville, Florida to perform in concert for the first
time in 13 years. Petty, guitarist Mike Campbell, and keyboardist Benmont
Tench were born and raised in and around Gainesville, and bassist Ron Blair
lived in the area for many years. Gainesville's Mayor Pegeen Hanrahan will
present the band with the Key to the City as well as proclaiming September
21 to be "Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers Day," Tom will also be presented
with the University of Florida's Distinguished Achievement Award which
is given to individuals for exceptional achievements in a chosen profession,
for demonstrated leadership, and for other exemplary accomplishments that
merit the special recognition of the university.
The Gainesville concert, which sold out
in ten minutes, will be broadcast live (tape delayed in a handful of cities)
by Westwood One to some 100 radio stations across the U.S. A list of those
radio stations and markets appears below. The concert will also be filmed
