(blabbermouth.net) If all goes according to plan, Rob Zombie's remake of the classic horror film "Halloween" will hit theatres a year from now, just in time for the holiday that shares its name. Zombie said that he was initially reluctant to remake the 1978 original, one of his five favorite horror movies, until he came up with a new way to approach the material. Zombie told Launch that one thing we'll see more of is the background of "Halloween"'s masked serial killer, Michael Myers. "What I want to do is spend more time with him as a kid," he said. "I was never really satisfied with, like, 'Oh, he's a really perfect, normal little boy and then he killed one day.'I wanna really get into, like, what would it take to make this little kid become this person for real. And then what happened when he was locked away all those years, 'cause we hear bits and pieces about it in the first film, but you never see or they really never go into detail."[see full story for more] - Click here for the Full Story
