The hip-hop star, real name TREVOR SMITH, was arrested on 12 August (06) for allegedly assaulting teenage fan ROBERT LEBRON following the AmsterJam Music Festival on Randall's Island.
At a brief hearing at Manhattan Criminal Court today (24OCT06), Judge SHAWNDYA SIMPSON rejected the weapons charges, but the rapper will still go to trial for assault and harassment charges.[see full story for more]
