Kill Your Idols Split

. (punkbands) Kill Your Idols announced yesterday that they will be calling it quits. The band writes in a statement: Ok, so we played in Bloomfield NJ last night, and it was a really special show for us. Not only was it a great time, and a great show, but it was also the night Andy and the rest of us agreed to announce we will be calling it quits this coming summer.

Yes, KYI is breaking up this summer. I want you to hear it first from someone in the band who can tell you that there is no bad blood, no drama, no in-fighting, no record label problems or legal battles, no sickness or death or anything of the usual break-up sort.
