antiMusic Redding Exclusive
antiMusic reports: antiMusic has teamed up with Rock Ridge to launch the new self-titled CD from Redding. You know we wouldn't lend our name to just any old band, it had to be something extra cool and while the alt-pop stylings of Redding might not be the first thing you would think of when you think antiMusic butwhen we heard the songs it was a no brainer, we had to become involved! The CD comes out July 11th but over the next couple months we'll be bringing you some exclusive sneak peaks. To kick things off we have an exclusive video of the making of the single "In Montauk". Britney Vs Bodyguards
TMZ reports: Three of Britney Spears' former bodyguards have sued Britney Brands, Inc. and Britney Touring, Inc., claiming they worked long hours and never received overtime pay.

The lawsuit, filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, claims the guards worked between 12 and 16 hours a day and were often on call 24 hours a day, but never got anything but a straight salary.

The plaintiffs, Lonnie Jones, Randy Jones and Silas Dukes, say they were terminated last November and did not get their final paycheck.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Pete Wells RIP
Contact Music reports: ROSE TATTOO guitarist and founder PETE WELLS has lost his battle with prostate cancer in a Sydney, Australia hospital. He was 59. The Australian blues rocker was diagnosed with cancer in 2002. As a member of Sydney heavy metal band BUFFALO, Wells recorded the first Australian metal album to go gold (VOLCANIC ROCK) in the 1960s and founded Rose Tattoo in the mid 1970s with iconic Aussie rocker ANGRY ANDERSON. Aversion reports: The latest battle in a decades-long trademark tiff between The Beatles' Apple Music and Apple Computer is scheduled to start before a London magistrate tomorrow (March 29).

Blabbermouth reports: According to the New York Post's "The Starr Report", there are more ratings woes for former VAN HALEN frontman David Lee Roth, who replaced Howard Stern on the "train-wreck" now known as Free FM (92.3). According to preliminary winter ratings, Roth's February Arbitron numbers were only half of what he averaged in January. Blabbermouth reports: Finland's HardcoreSounds recently conducted an interview with SEPULTURA guitarist Andreas Kisser. A few excerpts from the chat follow: HardcoreSounds: [Members of the music] media have been asking the question [if] will SEPULTURA reunite with Max Cavalera for this year's Ozzfest? Is this just a rumor or have you discussed with the idea with Max? 

Andreas: "It's a rumor, like many others. Since he left the band we have been hearing different rumors and stuff. It's not gonna happen at all. I mean, we have a new album and we are promoting it. I know Max has [taking in] interviews [that he is open] to [the possibility of a reunion]. But it's not the right time for us. Receiving End of Injury
punkbands reports: Alex Bars, guitarist of The Receiving End of Sirens was injured over the weekend in a fall. The band had this to say: We are writing to bring you up to speed on an unfortunate incident that took place this past Friday. In a freak accident, Alex Bars (Vocals/Guitar), tripped and fell about 11 feet down a flight of stairs. 

After a fairly long emergency room stay, he was diagnosed with a fractured left scapula (shoulder blade), three fractured ribs, a punctured lung, and a few damaged vertebrae. As you can imagine, our entire band has been pretty shaken up this entire weekend. [rumor has it the band is thinking of changing their name to 'Factured Left Scapula Three Fractured Ribs A Punctured Lung And A Few Damaged Vertebrae From Falling 11 Feet Down A Flight Of Stairs.'
