KNAC reports: Flotsam and Jetsam drummer Craig Nielsen has posted the following message on the band's official web site: "Ed Carlson (guitar) will not be going with us to Germany for the Bang Your Head Festival. Instead none other than Mike Gilbert � of course, the other original guitarist who left after the High record, will be taking Ed's place for the show.

Loudness DVD
KNAC reports: According to cdjapan.co.jp, Loudness will be releasing their new live DVD, Loudness Liveshocks, on August 23rd. punkbands reports: Emery has announced plans for a "huge" re-release of their 2005 album, The Question. The album will feature brand new re-recordings of tracks from this album and their 2004 debut The Weak's End. Sydera Update
PR reports: A lot is going on in the world of Sydera! In addition to embarking on a 2 week tour (with fellow L.A. rockers Madison Paige), including some high profile festival dates in the midwest, Sydera are pleased to announce the launch of a brand new website www.sydera.com As Guitarist/Vocalist Damon Valley puts it: "We wanted the website to tie in with our upcoming CD. It looks absolutely stunning and hopefully our fans will dig it, too." With the redesigned site the band has also revealed the cover art to their CD.
