People
Are Stupid |
Gigwise reports: Lordi front man Mr Lordi
has slammed his fellow Finns for hailing the band as the Anti-Christ before
turning them into national heroes after their Eurovision win. But now the
country is going Lordi mad but the band don't exactly get the sudden turn
around. "Now all the magazines in Finland are printing Lordi masks for
children! There's not much logic going on inside. But let's face it, people
are stupid," Mr Lordi raged[see full story for more]-

Satanic
Vandals |
Blabbermouth reports: Gary Stern of The Journal
News has issued the following report: Word that the date 6/6/06 had nothing
to do with any satanic prophesies apparently did not reach the vandal or
vandals who spray-painted pentagrams, upside-down crosses and other devilish
messages outside St. Joseph's Seminary [in Yonkers, New York] early yesterday.
Workers who showed up at the historic Catholic
seminary about 7 a.m. were stunned to see the crosses spray-painted in
black on two columns in front of the main entrance. When they moved closer,
they saw 6s on each of three steps leading up to the landing, where the
words "REIGN IN BLOOD" were painted in thick, black lines. "Reign in Blood"
is the name of the 1986 album by [see full story for more]-

Alanis
Angry Again? |
hecklerspray reports: Alanis Morissette once
more or less wrote an album slagging off one of her horrible ex-boyfriends.
Then she wrote one where she thanked thanked India and consequence for
a bunch of stuff, but that's less relevant.
So keep your eyes and ears peeled for the
next Alanis Morissette album, because it might just be another 'you were
a crap boyfriend' album. And, if it is, it'll be directed squarely at Ryan
Reynolds, her fiance. Or should we say ex fiance - according to reports,
Alanis Morissette and Ryan Reynolds have split up.[see full story for more]-

Skid
Row Strike Bach |
Metal Sludge reports: Though we usually ignore
our former singers rants and accusations, we felt we had to respond to
his recent boldfaced lies. We do NOT use his image to promote our shows.
In fact there is a clause in our show agreement that states "Venue to use
ONLY current, band approved photo for advertising and promotion."
As most of you know he was let go almost
a decade ago so we obviously have nothing to gain by connecting the SKID
ROW name to his. No bait, no switch.
Secondly. Now if the claim that Snake is
not in the band is true, then someone has perfected human cloning being
that it was Snake playing guitar in Burnsville, MN on 5/5/06, Menomonee,
WI on 5/6/06 and Las Vegas, NV 5/13/06. And it was Snake with us in Atlanta,
GA taping a segment for CNN[see full story for more]-

David
Lee Rotten |
antiMusic reports: David Lee Roth is hoping
for a Van Halen reunion. Maybe it's because he is hitting the very bottom
of barrel. First he fails at replacing Howard Stern. We can forgive that,
Howard is a tough act to follow but now Dave is doing a parody of himself
with "Strummin' With The Devil: Bluegrass Tribute to Van Halen" which Satan
released on Tuesday 6/6/06.
Dave brought his clown act complete with
out of tune vocals to the National airwaves the other night and sent millions
screaming to sleep with nightmares with his god-awful bluegrass / square
dance version of "Jump". If you are brave and want to jump into the fire,
you can click the full story link to watch the performance in all of its
gory. Oh, how the mighty have fallen. Eddie please for the sake of world
do the reunion already. Dave needs a real job again. -

to the delight of British fans Bruce, in his piloting capacity, chartered
a Boeing 757 from Gatwick to Rejavakik, Iceland and Dublin, Ireland to

and in response to repeated requests from Scandinavia fans, Bruce will
