Who: Long Island rockers Taking Back Sunday, drawing influences from early melodic hard core bands like Sunny Day Real Estate and Lifetime, currently have two independent gold records under their belt. Their sophomore release debuted at #3 on Billboard's Top 200 in July 2004. The band is currently in studio recording their third album, and debut major label release for Warner Brothers Records � Louder Now, with the help of producer Eric Valentine (Queens of the Stone Age, Third Eye Blind).
