Tiegs (real name: Roger Tiegs) and a friend (whose identity has not been revealed by the Norwegian media) were found guilty of raping a 29-year-old woman last year. They were both sentenced to three years in prison. On Monday, the court of appeal upheld Tiegs' friend's rape conviction, but found no evidence to support the rape charge against the GORGOROTH guitarist. [see full story for more]
