GNR
Leak |
antiMusic reports: A new Guns N' Roses track
has made its way onto the Internet. The track appears to be a near studio
quality demo of the song "I.R.S.", the same song that was played on Eddie
Trunk's radio show by New York Mets' Mike Piazza in August of 2003. Several
poor quality clips leaked onto the net last April.
We also have reports that another new song
titled "Better" has been partially leaked. A 1 minute 2o second clip of
the song is reportedly making the rounds on the Internet as well.
It is not known if the final versions of
"I.R.S." and "Better" will make it onto the long delayed Chinese Democracy,
but the leak of "I.R.S." may settle some fears of the GNR faithful that
the new album would be a huge departure from the classic GNR sound. It
still sounds like GNR, just further down the road from Use Your Illusion.

Silly
News: Paris as Mother Teresa |
hecklerspray reports: T Rajeevnath, an award
winning Indian film maker, is set to make a biopic of the life of Mother
Teresa. Obviously, casting for this role is quite difficult. Mostly because
finding someone to play the part of a saintly god pest in Hollywood is,
quite frankly, impossible. Hollywood celebs are polar opposites to the
do-good japes of the famous nun, and their antics are more akin to self
promotion and shameless attention seeking.
Naturally, T Rajeevnath has put the feelers
out for Paris Hilton for the role. [see full story for more]-

Bush
Sodomy |
Blabbermouth reports: MINISTRY's upcoming
album, "Rio Grande Blood", is dedicated to George W. Bush.
"MINISTRY is harder and faster than ever
because of him. But I guarantee you that he will be out of the White House
before the end of the year.
Close-Up: If you sodomize him, yes.
"That would be rough sex," chuckles Jourgensen.
"But it will take a 12-pack of beer and four bottles of wine for me to
be able to f*** him. What a great idea! We cause a big scandal, so that
he's forced to resign. I'll see what I can do about it." [see full story

Tool
Guestless |
Blabbermouth reports: According to a posting
on Toolband.com, TOOL's first CD since 2001's "Lateralus", which is tentatively
scheduled for release in late April or early May, will not feature any
guest musicians, despite widespread rumors to the contrary. "Although I
suggested to the band members that it might be interesting to attempt to
get someone from the other side (i.e. someone deceased) to play on the
CD, this didn't happen (that we're aware of, at least) due, for the most
part, to contractual disputes (mainly on their end, it's sad to say),"
reads the message on the site. [see full story for more]-

English sound. But I went to see Green Day with my son, who's a fan, and
it was very impressive."
