Crionics Spring
PR reports: Two years after releasing "Armageddon's Evolution", CRIONICS have finished creating its successor, "NeuThrone". The recording session took place in Zed Studio, Olkusz, Poland. With the very talented Tomasz Zalewski who recorded the last albums by Thy Disease, Totem, Horrorscope and many others! 

The new album will contain 10 compositions and 1 bonus track of materail the band defines as deep, readable and convincing! . The cover and layout art was done by Michal "Czecza" Czekaj - not Jacek Wisniewski as in the past. Europe Illdisposed
PR reports: Danish metallers ILLDISPOSED have been confirmed for next year's installment of the Summer Breeze festival, set to take place August 16-18, 2007 in Dinkelsbühl, Germany. Also scheduled to appear are Amon Amarth, Dark Funeral, In Extremo, The Black Dahlia Murder, Moonsorrow, L'ame Immortelle and Die Apokalyptischen Reiter.

Flogging St Patrick
PR reports: St. Patrick's Day is more than three months away but for Flogging Molly the revelry begins February 22 in Los Angeles when their third annual "Green 17 Tour" kicks off a two-night stand at the Henry Fonda Theater. The 17-city celebration will conclude in Phoenix, Ariz. on the Irish holiday, March 17. Home for the Holidays with Rod Stewart
CBS reports: There are currently half a million children in foster care waiting to be adopted in the U.S. Once again, CBS, Children's Action Network and The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption are helping find homes for foster children through THE 8TH ANNUAL A HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS WITH ROD STEWART, to be broadcast Friday, Dec. 22 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on CBS. Last year, the "Children Waiting" segment on the special featured 12 children from ages 4-15. As a result of the show, every one of them now has an adoptive home. 

The special shares compelling stories of families who have enriched their lives by adopting foster children, and enhances these stories with performances by some of today's top performers. Rod Stewart headlines this year's show, with special performances by Katharine McPhee, John Legend, John Ondrasik from Five for Fighting and Mary Mary. Tawny Kitaen Plea
TMZ reports: TMZ has learned actress Tawny Kitaen struck a deal today in her cocaine possession case. Prosecutors in Orange County, Calif. have agreed to drop felony drug charges against Kitaen, provided she completes a drug rehab program.

The 45-year-old actress, best known for starring in the 80's hit film "Bachelor Party" and Whitesnake videos, was charged with felony drug possession after Orange County Sheriff's Deputies allegedly found 15 grams of cocaine in her house last May, after responding to an anonymous call asking cops to check on her children. SnoCore Tour 07
PR reports: SnoCore Tour is back in 2007 with headliners Army of Anyone. The tour will kick off January 18th in Houston, TX with support from Hurt and more to be announced. The first round of dates has been released and the majority will go on sale this weekend. 

Army of Anyone (featuring vocalist Richard Patrick from Filter, guitarist Dean DeLeo and bassist Robert DeLeo from Stone Temple Pilots, and drummer Ray Luzier) is supporting their debut self titled release which hit stores this past November. Peter Boyle RIP
TMZ reports: Actor Peter Boyle, most recently seen as the father on "Everybody Loves Raymond, died at New York Presbyterian Hospital, his publicist said today. He had been suffering from multiple myeloma and heart disease.

Boyle was nominated for seven Emmys for his work Frank Barone on the hit CBS show, but never won. He won an Emmy in 1996 for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series for an appearance on "The X Files."
