. (Contact Music) 50 CENT has changed all of the names in his new biography FROM PIECES TO WEIGHT: ONCE UPON A TIME IN SOUTHSIDE QUEENS - because he wants to avoid paying out royalties to pals.

And while 50 Cent was willing to share the harsh realities of his life with fans, he refused to share names.
