(music.tinfoil) C|Net is telling us that Apple is expanding its iPod tax to manufacturers who make devices that connect to the "dock connector" of the iPod. In the past, a tax has been paid for a device to wear a "Made for iPod" label, but this is reportedly a new thing. The new tax is allegedly 10% of the wholesale price of the device, steep indeed.
