VANS WARPED TOUR skaters and artists as well as members of the Vans and Warped Tour organization gathered together to help build a prefabricated home, load it onto a truck and ship it off to Louisiana where it will be given to a family in need. In addition, for the summer 2006 VANS WARPED TOUR trek, the tour will stop into areas affected by the hurricanes to assist communities with rebuilding homes.
Due to the success of the VANS WARPED TOUR this summer--over 680,000 tickets were sold--the tour was able to team up with Habitat for Humanity to make a difference. In the tour's traditional grassroots fashion, the VANS WARPED TOUR has continued not only to be successful, but to give back to the community by donating to charities worldwide.
