(Audio Aggression) Wisconsin Senator Russ Feingold has introduced the "Radio and Concert Disclosure and Competition Act of 2005" which contains provisions that will restrict single companies from owning radio stations and concert venues in the same market. An anti-payola provision will require radio stations receiving any payments or services from labels, artists, record/concert promoters, etc, to submit monthly accounting reports to the FCC detailing the transactions and number of spins a song received .[see full story for more] - Click here for the Full Story
