(Blabbermouth) TRENDKILL ("The Ultimate PANTERA Tribute"), DOWNSHIFT and THE LIFELESS DESIGN are among the confirmed bands for "The 2005 Darrell Abbott Memorial Show", set to take place Saturday, December 10 at Chez Paree in Carter Lake, Iowa. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Dimebag Darrell Memorial Fund, which has been set up to help the victims of the Alrosa Villa shootings in Columbus, Ohio on December 8, 2004, which took the life of late PANTERA/DAMAGEPLAN guitarist "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott, DAMAGEPLAN's head of security, Jeffrey "Mayhem" Thompson, an employee of the club, Erin Halk, and a member of the audience, Nathan Bray.
