Madonna Sex Suit
AP reports: A former female employee of Madonna's film company is suing the pop star and other executives of Maverick Films on claims she was sexually harassed and wrongfully terminated.

 Yael Oestreich said in a lawsuit filed Wednesday in Superior Court that she was never given a promised salary increase by Chief Executive Officer Mark Morgan and that he fired her in July without cause. [see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story 
 

Jadakiss Arrests
Sohh reports: Police have released the names of the 4 men who were arrested after brandishing a gun at Jadakiss outside The Official Tribute To The Notorious B.I.G. at NYC's Roxy nightclub early this morning. 

According to police of the 10th Precinct, a 28-year-old Brooklyn man named Lonnie Jennette, was driving of a stolen black Chevy tow truck along with Phillip Gallegos, 28, Luis Roldan, 25, and Tykey Davis, 17. The four men, apparently taunted Kiss with a silver handgun, outside NYC's The Roxy nightclub before being spotted by police. Jadakiss was unharmed and has not pressed charges. Nazi Band Loses
Reuters reports: Germany's Supreme Court ruled on Thursday that a neo-Nazi rock group that spread racial hatred was a criminal organization, upholding the first such judgment in the country against a music band. 

The top court also upheld the three year and four month prison sentence against Landser lead singer Michael Regener. 

A Berlin court had ruled in December 2003 that Regener, 39, had formed a criminal organization, incited racial hatred and spread Nazi propaganda in a case that set a legal precedent. [see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

FMQB reports: The legendary New York crime family, the Gambinos, and a few other known associates have once again been caught up in a federal sting operation that this time hauls in 32 people on a 53-count-$30 million racketeering indictment, which as part of the charges involves New York Dance station, WKTU.

Weiland Comes Clean
Yahoo Music reports: Velvet Revolver vocalist Scott Weiland says in the April issue of Esquire that his family helped him kick drugs for good, according to the Associated Press. Weiland tells the magazine, "Right now, for the first time in my life, I'm finally happy. Reuters reports: Bono won't be saving the world at the helm of the World Bank. 

The lobby group co-founded by the Irish band U2's lead singer on Thursday knocked down media reports that he was a serious contender to head the global institution that provides billions of dollars annually to help the world's poorest countries. 

"I can't believe I need to say this, but there are no circumstances in which Bono would be nominated or accept the World Bank job," said Jamie Drummond, executive director of DATA -- or Debt, AIDS, Trade, Africa -- for which Bono campaigns to raise awareness of Africa's problems. Staind Update
Blabbermouth reports: MTV News is reporting that STAIND have set "Chapter V" as the title of their fifth album and the band's first album on Flip/Atlantic Records. While a definitive street date hasn't been firmed up yet (STAIND singer Aaron Lewis' wife is pregnant and due in May, "so it will be sometime shortly after that," guitarist Mike Mushok said), the record is expected to drop early this summer. Ozzy Door Trouble
BW&BK reports: The front door of rock legend OZZY OSBOURNE's childhood home in Birmingham is to be sold because the current owner is fed-up with fans defacing it. 

The ex-BLACK SABBATH front man grew up in Lodge Road, Aston, before rising to fame. His old front door now bears messages from fans. 

Ali Mubarrat, who owns the house, says over the years it has become a pilgrimage destination.

KISS Matrix
BW&BK reports: KISS vocalist/rhythm guitarist PAUL STANLEY checked in with KISSOnline (www.kissonline.com) and chatted briefly about his upcoming solo album. 

The album should be done and ready to mix by mid-May. Drumming on all the tracks to date is Victor Indruzzo who has toured and recorded with MACY GRAY, toured with BECK and appears on various recordings by the Matrix production team. Dickinson Solo
BW&BK reports: IRON MAIDEN fan site MaidenFans.com (www.maidenfans.com) reports that frontman BRUCE DICKINSON�s new solo album will be titled A Tyranny Of Souls, and will be released in Europe via a Spanish distribution company on May 23rd. It remains unknown if the rest of the world will get a simultaneous release.

Aerosmith Tour/DVD
BW&BK reports: AEROSMITH will reconvene in late August or early September to prepare for a tour that will begin in the fall, guitarist Joe Perry told Billboard. 

The group also has begun sifting through material for a prospective live CD/DVD. "We're trying to find a show that has been recorded from beginning to end," Perry said. "That's something the fans have been requesting: a stone cold live record with a video." 

"Some of the shows we're looking at are from the last year, but who knows," the guitarist continued. "We just heard about somebody who had a bunch of tapes from 1972. It might be fun to watch some of that on the B-side." [see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Oliveri's QOTSA Offer
NME reports: Former QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE member NICK OLIVERI has offered to rejoin the band. 

The bass player was sacked from the group in February last year, after singer Josh Homme claimed that his close friend�s behaviour had started to drive the pair apart, describing the bassist as �a tornado�. 

However, Oliveri has revealed that the pair are speaking again and that he has offered his services to the band. 

He said: �I told him last time I was hanging out with him, 'If anything falls through and you need somebody, you know where your bass player is, dude -- you know where the bass player for that band is. So pick up the phone.��

Dishwalla Next Week
Harper PR reports: Santa Barbara rock band DISHWALLA's forthcoming self-titled album is scheduled for release on March 15, 2005. The 12-song disc marks the band's fifth album, and first recording for new independent label The Orphanage Entertainment Group, headed by music industry veteran Leo Rossi, and will be distributed by Fontana Distribution. 

The fivesome - singer/songwriter J.R. Richards, guitarist Rodney Cravens, bassist Scot Alexander, keyboardist Jim Wood and drummer Pete Maloney, teamed up with a diverse trio of rock producers, zigzagging across California and Arizona for the intense recording sessions. The collection of songs is about life, love, loss and survival. On the decision to work with three producers on the project, Richards comments, "We love touring and wanted to try and capture the raw energy of our live shows and just rock on this record. Handing over the reigns to Bill, Sylvia and Ryan, inspired and challenged us everyday we were in the studio, and I believe helped create a really fresh and exciting sound."
