Jacko Gags Leno
Telegraph reports: Jay Leno, America's most popular talk show host, has recruited an actor to crack jokes about Michael Jackson to bypass a strict gagging order banning him from mentioning the troubled pop star.

The frontman of NBC's The Tonight Show, who is to testify at Jackson's trial for alleged child abuse, is subject to a sweeping order barring all potential witnesses from discussing the case.

But the comedian, who rose to the top of the ratings a decade ago with jokes at the expense of Lance Ito, the judge in OJ Simpson's double murder trial, has found a loophole in which he can still make Jackson the focus of his punch lines. [see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Velvet Revolver DVD/Live CD
BW&BK reports: To tide fans over before a new studio release, Velvet Revolver is planning on unveiling a live album and DVD at some point.

"We record everything," Slash says. "We've done a bunch of shows where we've full-on multi-tracked and we're actually mixing the stuff. As to when we'll do it, I'm not really sure. There's all kinds of stuff we could do. That's what great about this band. It was so confining in [Guns N' Roses], especially the last half of the band's career. There were so many things we could have done, but they would just never get done. In this band, we're like kids in a candy store." [see full story for alot more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Kamelot MP3s 'Moral Issue'
BW&BK reports: In a recent interview with Lordsofmetal.nl, KAMELOT guitarist Thomas Youngblood discussed the illegal downloading of the band's new album, The Black Halo, which was found on Kazaa, Shareaza and other download sites several weeks ago.

"I don't think it helps Kamelot. We're not a brand new band who needs the publicity. The only reason it's on the internet is because a journalist uploaded it there. I think it's sad. I mean, everybody tries to say it's okay (to do that), but it's not. I don't care what anybody says, if you get something for free you're less inclined to go buy it. We always try to put a lot of money, time and effort in the packaging, the booklet and the lyrics, and there are still fans that want that. I think the culture for the young kids now is changing. They don't care about the booklet.

That's a bad message to send to society, that you can take something for free. It's also a moral thing. I have a two year old daughter and I'm not going to say to her that it's okay. I don't want to use illegal software on my PC as well. Like I said, it's a moral thing. I don't lie and I don't steal, and people try to convince themselves it is okay but in their hearts they've got to know that it isn't right.
