A film by Andrew Horn, The Nomi Song recounts the story of groundbreaking performance artist Klaus Nomi - a true original on this or any other planet, who looked like an alien, sang like a diva, and became a cult figure in the new wave scene of the early 80's. Sadly, just as his career was gathering steam in 1983, Nomi became one of the first celebrities to succumb to AIDS, silencing his otherworldy falsetto forever...until now.
