(BBC) Members of the 1960s pop group The Hollies have asked the High Court to jail one of their founder members.

They claimed bass player Eric Haydock has flouted a court order made in 1998 not to play under their name.

They also claim that Peter Hughes plays with Mr Haydock in a group calling itself Eric Haydock's Hollies and music manager James Cozens helps set up gigs. [see full story for more] - Click here for the Full Story
