Madonna Vs Rabbi
Launch reports: A controversial Kabbalah Centre rabbi has relocated from London to Los Angeles and sources say Madonna may have had something to do with the move. Rabbi Eliyahu Yardeni has been under fire recently because of his comments that six million Jews died in the Holocaust because they didn't use Kabbalah. A source tells MSNBC.com that Madonna--who was close to Yardeni--was "instrumental" in getting him out of London, but even though the pop idol was "furious" about the rabbi's comments, the source insists he was moved for other reasons. DMB Crap Dump
AP reports: The driver of a Dave Matthews Band tour bus was charged Wednesday with dumping 800 pounds of human waste onto a sightseeing boat on the Chicago River last summer. 

Stefan Wohl is charged with misdemeanor counts of reckless conduct and discharging contaminates to cause water pollution, Cook County State's Attorney Dick Devine said. Stop Ashlee Petition
Ananova reports: [These petitions are getting out of hand but the humor is too good to pass up. Here is the latest] A petition to try and persuade Ashlee Simpson's record company to stop her singing live ever again has been launched. 

Already 65,000 people have added their names to it.

Blabbermouth reports: DeHavilland.co.uk is reporting that Sharon Osbourne wants to be a British MP (Member of Parliament) � and is going to make a TV show about her stand for Parliament.

Blabbermouth reports: KISS bassist/vocalist Gene Simmons is reportedly suing a film production company that recently released a DVD version of a 1980 Hong Kong kung fu movie featuring a villain whose makeup closely resembles that of his KISS character "The Demon". Asked by a fan via his web site if there are any plans for KISS to sue over the movie, entitled "Bat Without Wings", Simmons responded, "Wait and see." Blabbermouth reports: NINE INCH NAILS' U.K. dates in March sold out in record time earlier this week.

Blabbermouth reports: According to a posting on the IRON MAIDEN fan site MaidenFans.com, a benefit gig to help raise awareness and money for the MS (multiple sclerosis) society, which helps Clive Burr, former MAIDEN drummer, in his illness, will be staged in March.

Jacko Allowed To Respond to Transcripts
AP reports: The judge in the Michael Jackson molestation case has allowed the singer to make a statement responding to grand jury transcripts leaked to ABC News, according to media reports Wednesday. 

ABC News reported that Jackson has recorded an interview with Fox News reporter and talk show host Geraldo Rivera in response to the leaked transcripts.

tinfoil reports: �First thing this morning, I'm sitting in my bathrobe, scanning my inbox, when I'm jolted awake by the headline on a TechDirt story, California Senator Wants to Throw Ed Felten in Jail� writes Ed Felten in his Freedom to Tinker blog. 

�I guess I'll take the time to read that story!� 

Felten is referring to the latest attempt by the state�s Kevin Murray to launch a bill custom-designed to pillory members of the embryo commercial p2p business in California. 

Murray�s proposed law would put p2p developers in jail if they don't in effect spy on what their users are doing and take "reasonable care" to stop anything which doesn�t meet with the approval of the Big Music record label cartel.
