MTV reports: Tim Jordan, the former touring
keyboard player for the All-American Rejects, committed suicide on Wednesday
in Little Rock, Arkansas, according to the band's label, Interscope Records.
Jordan played keyboards in Wisconsin emo-act Number One Fan and had joined

LAGUNA BEACH: THE REAL ORANGE COUNTY has come under fire from local residents
who have accused programme makers of exploiting its teenage stars and ruining
their seaside town.
The community in Laguna Beach is so incensed
by the image they believe their California town now has, as a result of
MTV, they are demanding the show be ditched immediately after the upcoming

HIV test, after he was diagnosed with the virus.
OWEN O'DWYER started selling heroin to

MTV reports: After answering many e-mails
about the [Sony copy protection spyware] debacle, My Morning Jacket posted
a link on their official site detailing how fans can bypass the MediaMax
software, thereby allowing Z to play in most computers. And if that didn't
work, the band members said they will happily burn fans a CD of the album,
completely free of copy-protection software. "As our fans have been experiencing
varying degrees of difficulty with the copy-protection mechanism employed
by Sony BMG, we have responded to each e-mail with an apology ... assuring
them that My Morning Jacket was not responsible for the decision," Martinovich

of Joy Division classic �Love Will Tear Us Apart'.

service dubbed URGE, which the company has designed and developed with
help from Microsoft. When launched in 2006, the service will offer more
than 2 million songs from the major labels and thousands of independent

he has been dealing with the effects of Parkinson's Disease. Parkinson's

BW&BK reports: On October 24th, 2005,
the home of legendary rock guitarist, C.C. Deville was broken into and
over 30 pieces of equipment were stolen. A concentrated effort lead by
the LAPD's Van Nuys Burglary Division, Planet Deville and VH-1 came to
a culmination with the arrest of the thief at the Ranchero Cucamonga Guitar
Center on December 8th, 2005.
Giorgio Alessandro Trabucco of Van Nuys
California was arrested while attempting to sell C.C.'s Les Paul Jr to
Guitar Center. An employee, who had been alerted earlier in the day that
his location was in possession of pieces stolen from C.C., quickly called
Johannessongs and the Cucamonga Police.[see full story for more]-
