They fell on their faces with that one so they tried again, this time using Matthew E. Krichbaum of Ann Arbour to demand that the US District Court of the Eastern District of Michigan name a guardian so they could try to nail her by herself.
A hearing has been slated for January 5 to decide whether or not the RIAA will get away with its motion for the appointment of a guardian ad litem "to protect the interests of the defendant," says Recording Industry vs The People. - Click here for the Full Story
