. (Gigwise) Michael Jackson was ordered to pay a $10,000 fine yesterday (August 17) and narrowly escaped arrest for not turning up in court twice in a sexual assault lawsuit.

The claimant in the case, Joseph Bertucci, is alleging that Jackson took them into his limousine in New Orleans in 1984 and sexually assaulted them. Bertucci is asking for an undisclosed amount of damages in the case. [see full story for more] - Click here for the Full Story
