United National have pleaded to a Los Angeles court to absolve them from paying the band's legal fees, which have apparently escalated to hundreds of thousands of smackers.
A Sydney court found Limp Bizkit not guilty of the death of teenager Jessica Michalik, who was crushed to death at the concert. But despite the innocent verdict, United National are insisting that the band were responsible for Jessica's death and should therefore also be responsible for their court costs, undercover.com report. As of Wednesday, a judge has approved an order to refund customers who bought copies of the album, "Anywhere But Home," from a Wal-Mart store in Maryland.
The agreement, according to reports from AP, partially settles a lawsuit filed by a local couple, who claim the copy they bought at Wal-Mart contained explicit lyrics but didn't contain a parental advisory sticker.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story
