. (AP) Rapper DMX was charged Monday with violating the conditions of a plea deal approved after he drove through an airport parking gate last year while on drugs.

DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, posted $500 bail at a hearing Monday. He is scheduled next in court on Oct. 11.

The rapper could face up to one year in jail if a judge determines two subsequent run-ins with authorities violated the conditions of his release.[see full story for more] - Click here for the Full Story
