. (press release) The Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts-New England Medical Center announced today its union with rising Curb recording artists deSoL and Benifund, Inc., to raise money for Boston-area children in need of health care by launching the KARMA 4 KIDS program.

The announcement was made this afternoon by hospital officials and band members during a private acoustic concert by deSoL for patients and staff in the Medical Center's Atrium. deSoL's first official concert as part of the KARMA 4 KIDS program to raise money for the Floating Hospital for Children will take place [Thursday] in Copley Square at 5:30 p.m, when the acclaimed "rock band with a Latin soul" performs FREE for the general public as part of the WBOS 92.9 FM Summer Concert series.
