That's the gist of a wrongful termination lawsuit brought by Bruce Kuhlman, a former employee of the Grammy-winning guitar god. Kuhlman claims in an Apr. 13 filing that he was fired by Santana and wife Deborah because Kuhlman was not very "enlightened," according to Reuters. Our attorneys (Ray Scott and William Randolph), following up on that seizure, obtained last week a permanent injunction against defendant Roy Damm and damages awarded to Kiss Catalog of $7,000,000, plus attorneys' fees.
