Blabbermouth reports: Former MISFITS vocalist Michale Graves will release his solo album, "Punk Rock Is Dead", in June via Horror High Records. The CD was written, recorded and produced in 30 days. BW&BK reports: Century Media (www.centurymedia.de) report that SHADOWS FALL (www.shadowsfallrocks.com) are confirmed to tour Europe, appearing on selected festivals as well as supporting SLIPKNOT, in order to promote their current album, The War Within.

Edwyn Collins Infection

NME reports: EDWYN COLLINS has suffered a setback in his recovery from a brain haemorrhage, but is said to be "relaxed" about his immediate future.

Collins was due to move from London's Royal Free Hospital to a rehabilitation unit this week to continue his recovery from the haemorrhage he suffered on February 20.

However writing on edwyncollins.com on April 12, his wife Grace Maxwell explained the former Orange Juice man now needed an operation to deal with an infection that resulted from previous surgery to replace a bone in his cranium. [see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Punkbands reports: Punk Rock Holocaust features the highest on-screen body count in slasher film history with entire crowds being massacred in addition to the deaths of over 110 band members! The film features over 23 of the hottest bands from the history of the Vans Warped Tour performing and dying!

The film follows Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman as he tries to maintain the tour amidst a string of gristly murders while keeping the evil record executive Belial (Played by Troma's Lloyd Kaufman) at bay. Meanwhile, tour reporter Heather Vantress is trying to figure out who is behind the heinous crimes as the Warped Tour crew and bands (all played by themselves) are struggling to survive and stay on the road.
