Jacko
Sex Witnessed |
AP reports: A former Neverland ranch security
guard testified Thursday that in the early 1990s he saw Michael Jackson
perform oral sex on a boy who later received a financial settlement from
the pop star.
...Ralph Chacon said he was making his
rounds at Jackson's estate on an overnight shift in late 1992 or early
1993 when he saw Jackson and the boy in a whirlpool bath. He said he later
saw them take a shower together, then leave the shower and stand naked
across from each other.
Chacon said Jackson caressed the boy's
hair, kissed him on the mouth and elsewhere and engaged in oral sex. [see

Tool
Hoax |
Day in Rock reports: After a week of did he
or didn't he from fans, the official Tool website came clean. Here is the
latest...."Good news, April fools fans. The writing and recording is back
under way. When approached for comment on his recent encounter with the
Son of God, Maynard said, "That guy's a punk!" As it turns out, Maynard
was out "location scouting" near the Fourth Street bridge in downtown Los
Angeles when he "found Jesus." "Turns out he was here the whole time, and
not that difficult to find if you know where to look," Maynard reported.
Apparently Jesus offered him the position of campaign manager for his new
line of "Holier Than Thou" sparkling holy water, which Maynard of course
accepted. What wasn't obvious was that this guy is a total drunk. It's
an occupational hazard.[see full story for more of this message]-

of relationships between music companies and radio stations.
Warner, the third largest record company
in the country, said it is too soon to predict the outcome of the investigation.
But the company said the inquiry has the potential to result in changes
to the way the music industry promotes records or face financial penalties,
which could hurt Warner's business and brand value. [see full story for
