The latest theory is that the Brooklyn rapper may have accidentally shot himself in the foot before entering Irving Plaza, the New York club where the shootings occurred.
Police found a gun in a hidden compartment of the car that was used to drive rapper Troy Ave (aka Roland Collins) to the hospital and matched the weapon to the bullet that killed the rapper's friend and bodyguard, according to DNAinfo New York. Police are looking into the possibility that as Troy Avenue pulled his weapon it went off and a bullet struck his foot, then bounced of the wooden floor, striking and injuring bystander Christopher Vinson.
In a surveillance video released by the NYPD, Troy Ave appears wounded and limping following his friend and bodyguard Ronald McPhatter out of a crowded green room moments before opening fire. Investigators believe the bullet was intended for rapper Maino, but that Troy Ave accidentally shot and killed McPhatter.
After the shooting, Troy Ave was captured on another video hobbling along 14th Street to a car driven by a manager and with two women inside, reported Rolling Stone. Read more here.

Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun performed a cover of Justin Bieber's "Love Yourself," including a sweet trumpet solo that picks up the song's main melody. Fans sang the chorus back to the band before the guys chimed in to bring it all home.
Apparently before taking the stage, the band circulated their set list among fans and "Love Yourself" was nowhere to be found on the sheet. But considering the night involved a drumline and a hamster ball, it seems like all bets were off.
One audience member captured a snippet of the cover, check it out here.
The 8-minute film visualizes much of what Biggie raps about on his 1997 track from Life After Death: infidelity (via The Boombox). In the song, an NBA player returns home to find his wife in a compromising position with the rapper. Rather than let the baller get a one-up on him, Biggie pulls a gun to get out of the situation but not before taking $1,000 as well.
The dark and moody film finds a basketball player returning home early after being suspended from the game to discover his wife has been cheating on him. But this time, the young man playing the Notorious B.I.G. character takes a lot more than $1,000.
Model Amina Blue plays the cheating wife, Ade Otukoya plays the character based on Notorious B.I.G. and Delano Barbosa plays the NBA player. Watch the film here.

"Our singer Frank's voice sets us apart," says the band's bassist Danny Gaisford. "Pop punk is known for American pronunciation, no matter where you are from.
"So having a particularly British voice in our sound is a good thing; the genre is bursting at the seams at the moment, which is great of course, but I think it's always good to look outside of the box sometimes and push yourself to try something different." Watch the video here.
She tells The Blues magazine: "Blues is about emotion. You can't spark emotion in someone else unless you're being authentic. Everything I sing, I believe. Whether I've written it myself or I'm singing someone else's song, it's got to have a connection."

Many people compare forming bands to dating multiple people. Think about it. Your future and life are sometimes literally in the hands of your bandmates. You get to know them really well with all their flaws and idiocracies. Enter Matt. His name wasn't really Matt, but we'll refer to him as
"Matt"from here on out. I first met Matt when my friend "Bob" found him on craigslist when we were looking for a new drummer. Matt looks exactly like Kurt Cobain and has a chill California attitude so I thought he was pretty cool. That was until Bob asked if Matt could crash on my couch until he found a job and got his own place.
Fast forward 5 years and 3 broken marriages and Matt is back in my life. And, yes he is trying to find a place back on my couch. This time I'm not biting, but he is the drummer in my band until his drinking and flakiness become to much to deal with. So we proceed to let him go, never an easy situation and made worse by his said drinking. He starts raising his voice and getting in our faces. At this point I just want him to leave the house. But he won't go, the bass player's girlfriend and roommates became alarmed. Finally, we get him to leave, but I'm still afraid he is waiting downstairs. And sure enough he is. He wants to "talk" some more but he's not making sense, acting aggravated and unstable. I remember having my phone in my hand just in case I needed to make a quick call to the police. Just imagine the worst break up you've ever had and multiply by a possible meth addiction.
So, I thought I'd write a song about it and that's how Handprints came
to be. It's an ode to band break up song. When performing it, I like to think of all the bandmates I've had that have left me for whatever reason. All the relationships that have crumbled over this shared love of music. Something that's supposed to be creative and fun, but in reality can be nasty and petty. The chorus, "Get out the way get out the house get out the door I thought I saw you," sums it right up for me.
Hearing is believing. Now that you know the story behind the song, listen for yourself and learn more about the album right here!
