Lil Wayne announced that he and DJ Drama also had a mixtape coming. He mentioned that he was more interested in mixtapes at the moment since they've been getting more recognition than albums. When asked when it would drop, DJ Drama would only say, "It's coming."
'I also been working on some crazy s- for a mixtape," Lil Wayne added, mentioning a project separate from the one he's developing with DJ Drama. Read more here.

Like the song's title suggests, the video takes place in the great outdoors and is an anthemic celebration of country living, including--you guessed it--hunting, fishing and loving. "That's the prayer a country boy prays," Bryan sings on the chorus.
Bryan tapped his family to show off what he means by "loving," with wife Caroline and the couple's sons Bo and Tate appearing in the video (via The Boot). Bryan's nephew Til also makes an appearance. Check it out here.
"You get into my head, my heart and the way so much of what's going on around all of us hits me. Taken as a whole, this is a record about seizing life in all its forms: the moments you wish wouldn't end, the times that make you rethink your priorities, the simple stuff that give us balance, a few characters at the bar and the hope that it's all worth doing."
'Every time I go into the studio, I think it's important to bring people into your world - and maybe give them back a piece of their own world in the process," Kenny continues. "So much is happening so fast, we get caught up and forget some of the best stuff is what we're rushing through." Read more here.
"If it does really well, then I think that'll open that door and then in the future we'll do it," Backstreet Boy Nick Carter tells ET. "So that's definitely going to happen but we're going to do a trial run first."
Carter promises "a very big and spectacular show" that will include the Backstreet Boys' catalogue of hits and all five members. Meanwhile, bandmate Kevin Richardson says a Vegas residency will be convenient for each member's family. Read more here.
"so. I got offered my freedom IF i were to lie. I would have to APOLOGIZE publicly and say that I never got raped," she writes on Instagram. "THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS behind closed doors. I will not take back the TRUTH. I would rather let the truth ruin my career than lie for a monster ever again."
A spokesperson for Dr. Luke has since released a statement to Rolling Stone in response to Kesha's post. Dr. Luke's camp once again refutes the singer's claims, likening them to "publicity stunts and outrageous smears."
"The Court repeatedly stated Kesha is already free to record without Dr. Luke, and that she had not presented any facts supporting her claims. That's because all the evidence - including Kesha's own videotaped sworn testimony - show her allegations are false," the statement reads. Read more here.
There were diehard Beliebers who'd be cool if Justin got a Marcia Clark perm; then, there were casual critics who weren't impressed with the new look. Finally, there were people of color who deemed his dreadlocks cultural appropriation.
"People are annoyed cause when black people wear this style they are stereotyped as druggies and are 'unkempt' look at Zendaya for example," wrote one Instagram user.
"She had fake dreads and she was stereotyped, But when people such as JB [] wears them its suddenly 'the latest trend.'" See the photo here.
Beyonce, whose strong, athletic figure has often been compared to the thin standards the entertainment industry projects on girls and women alike, believes it's time for a change, and that change begins with a more honest dialogue.
"It's really about changing the conversation," she said. "It's not about perfection. It's about purpose. We have to care about our bodies and what we put in them.
"Women have to take the time to focus on our mental health--take time for self, for the spiritual, without feeling guilty or selfish. The world will see you the way you see you, and treat you the way you treat yourself." Read more here.
The human spirit continues to amaze me. This song is about someone who continues to dream about having someone to love, and who will love them back, even though it requires huge faith and tenacity over time. We've all known people who continue on this way. What keeps them going? The hope of love is very powerful indeed; perhaps just as powerful as finding love itself. Dreams offer an alternate reality to keep the hope of love alive.
Of all the original songs on this album, this one really brings my love of the Great American Songbook to light. GAS compositions are timeless, and it doesn't get more timeless than holding on and hoping for someone to love. : )
Hearing is believing. Now that you know the story behind the song, listen for yourself and learn more about the album right here!
