Adele also delivered the biggest hits from 2011's "21", including "Rolling In The Deep", "Someone Like You" and "Set Fire To The Rain." The event was filmed for "Adele Live In New York City", an NBC-TV special set to air on December 14.

A substitute teacher, filling in for a teacher on extended leave, asked students to research Keef, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. "I had never heard of him. But after careful research I found out that his music is about having sex, using the 'B' word, anti-police and supporting gangs," parent Katrina Sanders told the Sun-Times.
'What happened to the musical composers? The music that this teacher is presenting is the very thing that the children don't need: profanity, drugs and acting as if being arrested is a badge of honor."
A spokeswoman for the Chicago Public Schools sided with the parents. "This inappropriate project was immediately suspended by the principal as soon as she learned about it. While teachers have flexibility in making assignments, CPS requires them to provide age-appropriate material in the classroom," spokeswoman Emily Bittner said.
Katrina Sanders hosts a Youtube broadcast and blasted the administration in a recent video that includes images of the quiz and questions. Watch it here.
Could it be that he and longtime producer Timbaland are thinking about switching genres and exploring their country roots for a change?Timbaland spoke with TMZ earlier this week via video chat and hinted about the possibility.
"We are country," he said. "[Justin's] from Tennessee, I'm from Virginia. It's only right that we try to tap into what we was raised in. We was raised in the country. That's who we are. We love love songs, we heard our parents sing them, the old country songs. But now it's a new generation of country. "Drink You Away" was done on The 20/20 Experience. It's now one of the biggest songs. But we always wanted to do country music. We thought some of our lyrics were country."
Timbaland admits that he's interested in breaking into country music, especially since he's already got a property in Nashville. Read more here.

"It just reflects where I am right now and we're going up," said the Canadian pop star. "It's been a long journey but I think I'm in the best place I've ever been."
Bieber has just announced dates for a North American tour in support of the album. The 5 month run starts March 9 in Seattle, WA, and will wrap up at New York's Madison Square Garden on July 18. See the video of the Today Show appearance here.

Simon has finally confirmed one of the likely candidates. The second verse of the song is about actor Warren Beatty, who was a notorious ladies man before settling down with actress Annette Benning in 1992.
Carly's sudden revelation comes as she promotes her upcoming memoir Boys in the Trees. During an interview with People Magazine, Simon said, "I have confirmed that the second verse is Warren [Beatty]." Later she joked that although the song is about more than one man, Warren Beatty thinks the whole song is about him.
But mystery remains, Beatty was not the only inspiration for the song. As for the other two men Simon wrote the song about, their secret is safe at the moment. Read more here.
