"Working with someone like Audien puts us a little outside of our comfort zone, but as a band, we've always been up for trying different things," Lady A's Charles Kelley told Entertainment Weekly. "The first time we heard the song we knew we wanted to be part of it. We were immediately drawn to its great melody and powerful lyric."

Audien added, "With 'Something Better' I wanted to push boundaries. The song lends itself perfectly to call and response vocals and anthemic harmonies. Lady Antebellum aren't just some of the best voices in country music, but in overall music. It was a shot in the dark, but fortunately they felt as passionately about the song's uplifting theme as I did. The result is simply my favorite thing I've ever done." Check out the video here.
'This was probably eight years ago," the 23-year-old pop superstar revealed. 'I was in my backyard in L.A., and I looked up at the sky and [saw] three flying saucers."

On Tuesday night's episode of Christina Milian Turned Up, the singer finally revealed why she walked away. Milian discovered an Instagram photo of another woman wearing booty shorts and a sports bra posing in Lil Wayne's house.
The rapper denied knowing the woman at the time, but the evidence was too much. In a heartfelt one-on-one with the camera, Milian confessed, 'I've never loved anyone the way that I love Wayne, not even my ex-husband. I've never loved anyone the way that I love him." Read more here.
In an interview with Rolling Stone about the track, RZA said, "He was f--' buggin' out on this song that night. Dirty felt that anything he made was supposed to be released. I was more critical of what we released. And even though some people may listen to his first album and go, 'S-, this is crazy, this song fits right in.' To me, there was a method to the madness of what we did. And with the stuff that didn't make the album, there was a clear reason why in the narrative of what I was striving to create with his style."
Boombatix worked with RZA on the release, producing a special limited edition Boombox REX speaker with the track and another remix by Fools Gold Records' High Klassified embedded in it. Check out the track and watch the video here.
The tour is a quick one, taking between November 21st and December 22nd across the UK and Europe. Prince explained his rationale for doing such an intimate musical set in a prepared statement:
'Why do this now? For several reasons. For starters it is a challenge. I rarely get bad reviews because this is something that's been perfected 4 over thirty years. You have to try new things. With the piano it is more naked, more pure. You can see exactly what you get." Read more here.

Vicki saying, "I'm completely shocked. I've seen the bills, I went to City Of Hope." Revealing she picked him up at the facility when he was allegedly getting his first chemo treatment, going to the hospital and waiting for hours for him, tearing up, "He was there all morning so how do you think anything other than he's getting chemo, you go to City Of Hope because you have cancer, not because you have nothing else to do during the day."
Gunvalson, who had previously defended Brooks against accusations he was faking, explaining she did feel like things didn't always necessarily make sense, telling Mario when she started to realize things may not be what they seem, "I think that towards the end of filming, with the start of the psychic and Tamra saying the psychic didn't see cancer, I thought well then cool, he's cured, but then it was this didn't make sense and why is he switching doctors, he was at City of Hope then he switched over to HoagAnd at the end of the day, I thought that's his journey."
She continued, "I'm guilty of loving him and believing him, who hasn't believed someone that you loved." Getting emotional, "And why would you lie about cancer when I've had three friends die of it in the last two years, I had my dearest friend just die of stomach cancer."
Brooks cancer a big storyline on the past season of "RHOC", something Vicki did not want to see happen, "He really didn't want to talk about it on the air and he didn't film that much this year, so I just thought ok, we'll mention itI thought it was just gonna be over and done, I didn't want to promote it, I didn't want to talk about it, but the problem is you're filming a reality show."
It was a huge point of contention for Vicki and her fellow OC cast mates who didn't always approve of Vicki and Brooks relationship, many of them calling Brooks out for lying from the get go. Now they are even more upset with her than with him, "I think they thought I was in on a scam, my life is so abundant, I didn't need to make a fake storyline and I sure as hell wouldn't make it up about BrooksAs god as my witness, I would never want to make something up like this, it's actually quite sick." Saying she owes the other ladies an apology, "I'm embarrassed, I want to tell the girls I'm sorry."
At the end of the day the 53-year-old blaming herself for trusting Ayers, "Because I trust, I trust what you tell me right now is the truth, I'm from the mid-west, I was born that you trust and honor the person you're in love with, why would I think he would be lying to me, what would be his benefitThe lies had to be enormous, what he went through to make this lie up." "Take a Picture, It'll last longer". I'm sure you've heard that infamous come-back line many times right? Well if not, or to refresh your memory, that's the line your spit back at a guy who's been oogling you and staring are your assets instead of your face! My song "Take a Picture" is a play on that phrase and the selfie/instagram/social media obsessed culture we live in today.
While living in NYC, it never ceased to amaze me, that in walking a mere 3 blocks out my door, I'd receive upwards of 10 catcalls or inappropriate looks from men as I passed by (undressing me with their eyes, checking me out and licking their lips etc). How has this become normal and okay? I was not down with that! And none of my girlfriends were either. I always wanted to have some clever come-back or sharp quip to yell back at these men and that's essentially where my song "Take A Picture" came to life.
Each verse of the song is pretty much an exact conversation or experience I had with various dudes while living in NYC. It's an objection to the inappropriate ways many men feel is acceptable to hit on women with. Undressing you with their eyes like a piece of meat, calling you "baby", talking mad game at you, trying to get you drunk, coping a feel - just being sleazy! "Take a Picture" is my sassy and clever response to these dudes.
The song is also a statement about self-respect. Knowing your worth as a woman, celebrating that and not letting men treat you like an object. It's an anthem for me, and I hope for other young girls too. We know we're beautiful, we know we're smart, we know men are fascinated by us but the cat calling and sleazy come-ons are disrespectful, tasteless, unoriginal and just go to show that you're not in our league!
It only took one session for me to write the song, seeing as it stemmed from personal experience and is something I lived every single day. I was even impressed that my male producer, GoodWill, completely understood the concept of the song and was totally into it. The hardest part of bringing this song to life was that I actually had way too much to say on the topic! I wrote probably four pages of potential verses of the song and all of it was based on personal interactions or experiences. My producer at one point told me that the only way I was gonna be able to fit in even half of the lyrics I had, would be to rap it. I started laughing when he told me this, for I am a singer not a rapper but I abruptly stopped when I realized he was serious. Dead serious! I was terrified of this idea. However, I knew he was right. I actually felt out the verse rhythm very easily and developed a sort of "talk-sing" delivery for each verse. I wouldn't call it rapping, more like "singing with flow" and I nailed it in only a couple of takes.
Hearing is believing. Now that you know the story behind the song, listen for yourself and learn more about the Chelsea right here!
