Bieber and Gomez were strolling on the beach when they heard Justin's hit "One Less Lonely Girl" playing at the reception -- inside the historic and shi shi Adamson House. We're told Justin snuck up on some guests -- who predictably OMG'd and LOL'd -- and then hopped on the mic, saying ... "We just crashed it. We heard a party so we decided to just come. So let's party." Beibs and Selena only stayed for about 10 minutes to pose for pics -- including some with the happy couple -- and then bolted.

Katy's nominations include "Video of the Year" and "Best Female Video," for her No. 1 smash "Firework," "Best Pop Video" for "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)," and "Best Collaboration" for her No. 1 single "E.T." featuring Kanye West. Katy has been nominated for the following awards: Video of the Year and Best Female Video for "Firework," Best Pop Video for "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)," Best Cinematography for "Teenage Dream," and Best Collaboration, Best Art Direction, Best Direction, Best Editing, and Best Special Effects for "E.T." (featuring Kanye West). The 28th annual MTV Video Music Awards will air live from Los Angeles' Nokia Theatre Sunday, August 28th.

According to Billboard.com, Springsteen's concert stand record was for a 10-show run at New Jersey's Giants Stadium in 2003 that made $38.6 million and drew 566,560 spectators. The reunited Take That, including Robbie Williams, played eight concerts at London's Wembley Stadium from June 30 until July 9 and grossed a staggering $61.7 million with an attendance of 623,737.

Sources directly connected with Britney tell TMZ, the singer has a simple response to Fernando Flores' allegations -- "He's a liar." Flores -- who is suing Brit for sexual harassment -- now claims she uses methamphetamines, farts a lot, picks her nose and has terrible hygiene practices. Flores only worked for Britney for a very short period of time.

Kelly had visited a throat specialist earlier in the day complaining of severe throat pain. Following a preliminary exam, he was rushed to Northwestern Memorial for the procedure. It is not known when Kelly, who just completed the U.S. leg of his worldwide "Love Letter" Tour, will be able to resume performing.

Holland's lawyer, Owen McIntosh, tells TMZ ... ever since the alleged showdown last year, his client has been suffering from De Quervain syndrome. According to Dr. Wik E. Pedia, De Quervain syndrome is a "tendinosis of the sheath or tunnel that surrounds two tendons that control movement of the thumb." Symptoms include pain, tenderness, swelling and difficulty gripping. McIntosh says Holland's surgery is scheduled for this Thursday the 28th. Lindsay maintains she never TOUCHED Dawn ... insisting Holland concocted the story in an effort to get money from the actress

Bucky -- who placed 8th on "Idol" back in 2006 -- was set to perform at the Iron Horse Saloon in Ormond Beach, Florida on June 30 as part of a July 4 NASCAR race week celebration ... when the promoter suffered chest pains and was rushed to a nearby hospital. With the promoter out of the picture, Bucky allegedly saw an opportunity to raid the cash box -- and instructed his brother and his brother's wife to pull off a snatch and grab. The promoter filed a police report, obtained by TMZ, claiming the Covington gang made off with roughly $1,500 bucks that night ... which they refuse to give back. TMZ spoke to Bucky ... who adamantly denies the allegations ... but adds, "I'm just glad I'm big enough to be on TMZ! Thanks!" An investigation into the alleged incident is ongoing.

As we first reported, sources connected with Arnold told us ... although he signed his legal response, he never read it and therefore didn't know his lawyer moved to block Maria's bid to get spousal support and her attorney's fees paid by him. But according to the new docs, Arnold is not asking the judge to block either of Maria's requests. The misstep caused some problems last week -- especially since Maria was dealing with the serious injury of her son, Christopher, at the time she got slapped with Arnold's papers.

An NBC rep tells us, "NBC News has not and will not be in a bidding war for a Casey Anthony interview. No money has or will be offered, no licensing or other arrangements. If we were to conduct an interview it would be under our standards." The rep confirms ... NBC did indeed foot the bill for Jose Baez' suite at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York City last week. As we reported, Baez met with famed celeb lawyer Mark Geragos last Thursday in the hotel bar, discussing negotiating strategy and talking about the "big price tag" for the interview. And sources connected with ABC insist there was indeed a bidding war between the networks. ABC now says it will no longer pay for photos and videos connected with interviews

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, it appears he committed suicide by hanging himself. L.A. County Coroner is still trying to locate next of kin. Hideki played for the Yankees, Expos, and Rangers -- last pitching in the big leagues in 2002. He won World Series rings with the Yanks in 1998 and 1999.

As TMZ first reported, Gomez was rushed to the hospital on Thursday after taping an appearance on "The Tonight Show," complaining of nausea and a severe headache. Sources tell us Gomez has undergone a number of tests for blood pressure issues, but so far ... doctors have not been able to determine what is causing the problem. Oh ... as for the rumors going around she's pregnant ... totally untrue

Stone -- real name Sylvester Stewart -- was arrested on April 1 ... after LAPD officers say they found freebase cocaine on the 68-year-old during a vehicle search. TMZ spoke with Sly's attorney, James Silverstein, who tells us Stone was riding in a buddy's camper vehicle with some friends ... when it was pulled over for a routine traffic violation. During the stop, Silverstein says, cops searched the vehicle and found the coke. Stone was arrested and hauled to a nearby police station.

Banks' owner is suing Ross -- claiming 3 pitbulls escaped from Rick's mansion in Atlanta back in April ... entered her property and ferociously attacked her tiny pet Yorkshire Terrier. According to documents obtained by TMZ, the yorkie suffered "3 large bite wounds on his back " along with a "very large bite wound" around his neck. Cops were called to the scene -- and officials managed to free Banks ... but his wounds were so extreme, that the owner had no choice but to euthanize her beloved companion. Investigators eventually cited Ross for the incident -- but the owner wasn't satisfied so she filed suit, demanding Ross fork over $15,000 in damages and court costs. We're told the owner is especially upset because Ross has NOT apologized for the incident. Calls and emails to Rick's camp have not been returned.

It is the most added song at country radio this week with an impressive 80 adds. This is his highest debut since "I Saw God Today" debuted Top 20 in 2008. "Here For A Good Time," written by Strait, his son Bubba Strait and legendary songwriter Dean Dillon, is Strait's 89th career single. The new album is scheduled for a fall release. "I think this is the longest time, during my recording career, without anything new on the radio," said Strait. "It's good to be back and I want to thank country radio for their continued support. Have a great summer!"

Police were alerted by suspicious locals and arrested the pair in the town of Cullompton on Monday morning. The men, aged 30 and 33, were initially held for possessing an offensive weapon and being equipped for burglary and theft. The BBC today reported the men also had "a bodybag" in their possession. "As a result of enquiries the two men are now being detained for the further offences of conspiracy to rob and conspiracy to murder," a police statement said.

A rep for Ark Music Factory tells us "We're disappointed, having been in good faith negotiations with Rebecca Black and her representatives for months regarding any open issues." The rep continues, "There's been an ongoing, open dialogue with our company. So we were blindsided to get a Take Down Notice -- with no notice -- alleging copyright infringement instead of a call or email from Rebecca's representatives." AMF adds, "We are going to continue to take the high road and work out the complaint as soon as possible."

The manager -- Jeff Kwatinetz -- filed a lawsuit against Kelly today in L.A. County Superior Court ... claiming he single-handedly resurrected R. Kelly's career back in 2008 ... when the singer was drowning in child pornography charges. Jeff claims he "guided Kelly through the recording of two new albums, substantial multi-million dollar tours ... a book deal, and a myriad of other appearances and events" -- and "Kelly reaped millions of dollars" while under his management. But according to Jeff, Kelly left him in the lurch -- and "has failed and refused to pay" the 15% commission rate they allegedly agreed on. According to the lawsuit, Kelly's business manager regularly told Jeff he couldn't be paid "because the monies were needed for payments to avoid lawsuits and adverse publicity resulting from Kelly's alleged [sexual misconduct]."

Bam -- along with several cast members from his MTV show "Viva La Bam" -- made the grim prediction while recording the DVD commentary for Season 5 back in 2006. According to the commentary, Dunn was involved in SEVERAL car accidents over the years -- but Bam's mom claimed, "He'll never learn his lesson." Another "Bam" cast member added, "I have [Ryan] in the death pool ... for death by vehicle." In this specific episode, Ryan races Bam's Lamborghini in a limousine -- and after Ryan loses, Bam claims, "[the limo] blew up just like every other f**king car he has."

Sources close to Charlie tell TMZ, Natalie Kenly moved out last week -- but hell hath no fury like a Warlock scorned ... because we're told, the actor DEMANDED she return the Mercedes he bought her. According to sources close to the actor, Charlie brushed off the break-up, claiming it's "not a common thing for the Masheen!" We're told Charlie's penis celebrated the split by declaring war on the entire world, conquering three women from three different countries -- Mexico, Australia, and Colombia -- the very night Kenly walked out.

According to NME.com, Jackson had written the song especially for the show, but was blocked by his record company, Sony, from actually singing it. The singing voice belonged to Jackson impersonator Kipp Lennon, who also voiced Jackson in the TV series The Jacksons: An American Dream.

The "Party in the USA" singer performed her version of the 1975 hit "Landslide" while in Brisbane, according to Ultimate Classic Rock. "Landslide" is not the only well-known song Cyrus has trotted out lately. The former Hannah Montana actress has made headlines for singing Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" and Poison's "Every Rose Has its Thorn." She even recorded a version of the latter with Poison frontman Bret Michaels.

Hilton was taping her Oxygen reality show "The World According to Paris" ... when a homeless woman mistook her for Lindsay Lohan. At first, Paris seemed to take it in stride ... but then P-FUNK DROPS THE HAMMER!!! A source directly connected with Whitney tells us ... Houston enrolled in the program around 10 days ago. The program allows Houston to go out in public ... as long as she has a monitor. As TMZ first reported, De La Hoya entered a rehab facility in California sometime within the last few weeks. We're told De La Hoya is seeking help for substance abuse issues. De La Hoya issued a statement to TMZ that reads, "After doing an honest evaluation of myself, I recognize that there are certain issues that I need to work on. Like everyone, I have my flaws, and I do not want to be one of those people that is afraid to admit and address those flaws. We're told Bieber was chilling with Rob Dyrdek at his Fantasy Factory, when he decided to take one of the cars out for a spin. The cool ride didn't last long -- the battery died and Justin had to call back to the factory to have a replacement one brought out to him. Conaway began his performing career on the stage. He was in the Broadway production of Grease for two years, in the lead role of Danny Zuko. Epperson -- who placed in the Top 16 on "A.I." in 2008 -- filed a request for a restraining order against her 27-year-old ex BF ... claiming the guy has a history of "choking me and slamming me on the ground, fighting and wrestling me." According to the docs filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Epperson claims the abuse got so bad, the ex began making "threats about killing me and then himself." She claims he also, "called people out of my phone and threatened them as well ... threatened to shoot my friends."

Snooki was driving when she struck the cop car, but sources connected with the production tell TMZ, "Zero alcohol was involved." We're told no one was injured. A witness tell TMZ, Snooki smacked her into the back of the patrol car, wedging her ride between the car and a highway protection wall. The witness says JWoww was with her at the time of the crash -- and when she tried to exit the car, she had to go through the window ... because the door was blocked by the wall.
