ABKCO found the right mix in Collectors' Choice Music and have entered into an exclusive arrangement, ensuring that a flow of reissues and compilations will be available over the next few years. The featured single is currently positioned at #32 on Billboard's Nextmusic Charts, and can been seen topping others including Billboard's Mike Bordes Sprint Radio Alltel Playlist, and Promo-only Charts.
The consecutive rankings are further proof that the album has been gathering a fierce and constantly expanding fan base. In addition, the band's first single "Home" makes its first appearance in the AAA top 20 chart. The much-talked-about band made a triumphant first appearance at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts festival in Indio, CA last weekend. Among the hoards of fans that came out for their show- which amassed the largest crowds for a daytime set that the festival saw all weekend- was hip-hop power couple Jay-Z and Beyonce. The band graced the cover of a recent New York Times arts section, also celebrating their performance.

Ragsdale's track (co-written by Verlon Thompson), "Bad Angel," features Dierks Bentley joined by special guest vocalists Miranda Lambert and Jamey Johnson, two other powerhouses of country music. The song originally appeared on the Ragsdale/Thompson album, Out of Our Hands. "I feel like I've found the proverbial magic lamp and the genie has granted my three wishes: Dierks, Miranda and Jamey," said Ragsdale upon hearing her song for the first time as it was performed on the new CD. - more on this story
Reeves has just launched a month-long spring tour throughout the East Coast and the Midwest. This past Monday, Jason performed "Terrified," a song he co-wrote with Warner Bros. Records' Senior Vice President of A&R and current American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi, on George Lopez's TBS show Lopez Tonight. Reeves sings a duet of the song with Katharine McPhee, who has included it on her current album Unbroken. The track was also performed multiple times on American Idol by contestant Didi Benami, who received rave reviews from the judges and fans. Reeves, a 25-year-old Iowa City native who was signed by DioGuardi, is completing his first album for Warner Bros. Records. His independent album, The Magnificent Adventures of Heartache (and Other Frightening Tales), was re-released by Warner Bros. Records after selling briskly as an independent release in 2007. The album's hook-filled songs of love, hope, heartbreak, and renewal, matched with Reeves' engaging tenor voice, led iTunes to name Reeves one of the Top Indie Singer-Songwriters of 2007. - more on this story

The nationally acclaimed Minnesota-based pianists launched a national search for song ideas -- and the stories behind them -- in February, and were inundated with hundreds of song suggestions and stories, some touching, some sentimental, some inspiring. Lullabies: By Request is available at www.pianobrothers.com, iTunes, Amazon and gift shops across the country. The idea for the new CD was initially sparked by an experience that affected the entire O'Neill family. Last May, older O'Neill Brother Tim O'Neill and his wife Annie celebrated the birth of twins. Owen and Gabi O'Neill were born two months prematurely, and spent more than seven weeks in the NICU. The twins are at home with mom and dad now, and doing well, and Tim and Annie attribute at least some of the babies' recovery to the piano music they played for them throughout their hospital stay.
