Shwayze is set to release their 2nd album, "Let It Beat" on November 3rd, 2009, just 2 days before the tour begins. Shwayze's first album, the self-titled Shwayze, rocketed the duo into world wide success. A string of multiple hits ("Buzzin'," "Corona and Lime") fueled by millions of internet plays carried them to top ten album sales, landed them a coveted slot on the Vans Warped Tour, and turned them into reality television stars on MTV. "Let It Beat" will take them to a whole new level. "We can't sit on the beach with an acoustic guitar forever!" proclaims Cisco Adler. With contributions including New Orleans hip-hop duo The Knux, Shwayze's lifelong hero Snoop Dogg, Ric Ocasek from the Cars, and Darryl Jenifer, bassist for legendary D.C. punk band Bad Brains, "Let It Beat" is a fearless venture held together by the guidance of Adler's production and vocals and Shwayze's natural flow. An artist known for her uninhibited imagination and acute sense of detail both in music and words, Spektor has joined playwright / director Tina Landau (Floyd Collins & Superior Donuts) and lyricist Michael Korie (Grey Gardens) to create a new Broadway bound musical called Beauty. In addition, Spektor has recorded a duet with Grammy award-winning violinist Joshua Bell for his latest Sony Classical album, At Home With Friends, which you can hear below. Fans will get a chance to see Spektor perform songs from far as she's currently on a headlining tour of the states. This two-month tour has already included sold out shows in Boston, Detroit, Chicago and Philadelphia, and has upcoming dates at New York's Radio City Music Hall on October 14th and Los Angeles' Greek Theatre on October 28th.

The goal of the Foundation is to continue Bill's good work in assisting those whose needs are oftentimes not noticed or served by larger philanthropic organizations. Currently, the Foundation awards grants primarily in the areas of music, the arts, and education, while also supporting social work, environmental protection, and spiritual and compassionate projects in the community. The foundation has enlisted the expertise of The VH1 Save the Music Foundation to determine which school will be selected as the recipient of the donation.
An AFM member since 1951, a world class pianist, and the founding Artistic Director and Conductor of the Philly Pops since 1979, Nero has been a major source of inspiration for musicians and music listeners for over fifty years. A two time Grammy Award winner, Nero has appeared on numerous recordings throughout his distinguished career, collaborating with artists including Mel Torme, Doc Severinsen and Rod Stewart. He has made numerous television appearances on The Ed Sullivan Show, The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson and many PBS programs. AFM International President Thomas F.
